School Policy

The school fees does not include:

  1. Books and Text Books
  2. School Uniform and School Shoes
  3. Educational excursions, representing school at national students’ workshops / youth science forums, admission in summer school / domestic tours, participation in special school events and any expense borne towards participation including costumes, jewellery, props etc.
  4. Hobby clubs / classes

Composite Fee, Transport Fee and all other charges can be increased by a minimum of 10% every year in accordance with U.P. Government Ordinance No. 6 of 2018.

Fee Payment Schedule and Procedure

  • 1st Quarter (April – June): Composite Fee, Transport Fee & Miscellaneous Fee
  • 2nd Quarter (July – September): Composite Fee, Transport Fee & Miscellaneous Fee
  • 3rd Quarter (October – December): Composite Fee, Transport Fee & Miscellaneous Fee
  • 4th Quarter (January – March): Composite Fee, Transport Fee & Miscellaneous Fee

Quarterly fee must be submitted latest by the 10th (April, July, October, January) of the first month of the quarter. Any payment thereafter will attract a late fee of ₹50 per day.

If the 10th happens to be a holiday or closed day, payment must be made by the 9th of the month. Though every care is taken to upload fee bills on ERP in time, it remains the responsibility of parents to deposit fees by the due date.

In case of cheque bounce, a penalty of ₹300 will be charged. Only DD / Online Payment through ERP / Credit / Debit Card will be accepted thereafter along with outstanding dues and late fee.

Any additional charges levied by TPA for Credit/Debit Card payments shall be borne by the parents.

If school fees are not paid by the 30th day (June, September, December, March) of the quarter, the school shall strike off the child’s name from the school rolls after due intimation through reminders and final notice via speed post.

Re-admission shall be considered only after full clearance from the Accounts Department and completion of a fresh admission procedure.

Important: In case payment is made but not reflected due to technical error, parents must share the payment screenshot or reference number along with student name, class, and admission number with the School Fee Department for reconciliation.

Transport Fee Policy

Transport fee is payable on a quarterly basis and must be paid along with the Composite Fee before the due date.

Mid-quarter withdrawal of transport facility is not allowed. Transport fee will be charged for the full quarter and no refund or adjustment shall be applicable.

Written request for withdrawal of transport facility must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the start of the next quarter.

Withdrawal of transport facility for Class X and XII during the last quarter (January–March) is not permitted and no request will be entertained.

Refund Policy

  • Prospectus Charges and Registration Charges are non-refundable.
  • Composite Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Transportation Fee is non-refundable.

Mid-Term Admission Policy

  • Prospectus Charges and Registration Charges (one-time) must be paid in full.
  • Quarterly Composite Fee is applicable from the first day of the quarter in which admission is granted.
  • Transport Fee is applicable from the first day of the month in which transport service is availed and shall be paid quarterly thereafter.
  • Withdrawal application must be submitted in writing to the Principal by the 7th of the preceding month.
  • Failure to submit withdrawal application within time will attract fees in lieu of notice period.
