Guidelines for Private Transport

Dear Parents,

Gaurs International School has always focused on the safety and security of its students. In reference to incidents reported in the media, including cases of fire due to faulty CNG kits and accidents caused by driver negligence, the school is concerned about students using private transport, for which the school is not responsible.

Parents opting for private cab facilities are required to ensure the following safety guidelines before finalizing private transport for their ward:

  • CNG must be appropriately fitted as per company norms.
  • The number of students travelling should be as per vehicle capacity.
  • Parents must verify driver credentials, experience, and valid license.
  • The driver must carry contact numbers of all travelling students to handle emergencies and keep parents informed.
  • Fire extinguisher must be installed in the vehicle (mandatory).
  • Frequent driver changes should not be accepted.
  • Proper background verification of the driver must be ensured before assigning them for your child.
